Hey Beautiful people ! So in this post I decided to motivate or help you through some amazing life changing habits you must do. We all know this year didn’t turn up to our expectations on the contrary it is worst for some .In this time we focus on basic requirements of life but we forget about one important things our mental health .How things affects our body .Its not a blog about how to check or improve your mental health but a few basic things which can make a big difference.

 

Straight to the life changing habits you must do everyday :

1. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT EACH DAY

According to science if you something different our brain works a little more than usual and benefits of better functioning of brain need not to be mentioned .

 

Questions arises what different so :

* You can just change your hairstyle ,the side you part you hair

* Exercise little more

* Experiment a new morning routine

*Boost your coffee

*Try a new cuisine

* Change your working style

* If possible try a new activity/Go for an adventure

 

2. EXERCISE ,GOOD DIET AND MEDITATE

Its been a hectic day , today I am not in a mood , how can we forget our favorite junk food .Many reasons to skip daily workout but just find one reason to do it . I WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND LIVE A GOOD LIFESTYLE. I am not saying to go for a intense workout each day but 5 days a week with proper diet and you got 2 days off  no workout no diet great deal right?

* Walking for 40mins

* Doing yoga for 40 mins

* 30 min designed workout

You can go  for any but just do it and see the change also do 15-20 min of meditation for a stable ,calm find and create a stress free environment even if you got loads of work to do because then you will be even able to finish the work and do your best !

 

You dont have to give up on you favorite junk if you are not loosing weight and doing workout and diet for healthy lifestyle .So here is an example you can skip workout on wednesday  and sunday and can intake high calories that day. So these days become off for diet and exercise full fun !!!But then make sure you should not skip workout any other day and be in good diet too .

3. FOLLOW A FEW MORNING RITUALS

Morning time is best time to do something new .We wake up all fresh body relaxed ready for the day so we should take full benefits of this time. Start with a to do list for day and make you bed .Drink warm water your coffee or some infused water for body skin or hair .With it also focus on time management set your goals for a day in conjunction with time .At last just before starting your day say :

* I CAN DO IT

* I GOT IT THIS TIME

* MY DAY WILL BE WONDERFULL

* I WILL DO MY BEST

 

A few more things you should ponder upon are:

4.TRY EVERY DAY TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY

 

5. SMILE MORE

 

6. .READ FOR 30 MIN

 

7. .WORSHIP GOD

 

8. SLEEP FOR 7-8 HOURS

 

9. DRINK 8-12 GLASSES OF WATER

 

10.TRACK YOUR EXPENSES

NOTE: This habits can followed by people of any age . Any habit shows results when you do it regularly you should practice them for a month till they become your habit and do stress over them just feel relaxed enjoy doing these rituals and be ready for the big change. Change in your skin , hair , body . The confidence you will wear . The way your personality changes ,the way you talk and an overall internal ,external development .
