TREAT PIMPLES AT HOME
Hey lovelies !I was just sitting in my balcony cheering my mood up by looking around at the
beauty of nature and a great sunset when suddenly my hand went on my face something
started to pain the old mate of mine was back ,sadly that old mate name is pimple !!
I have done so much to get rid of it never found out perfect solution then nature helped me to
heal so , here I come up with some super natural remedies to say goodbye to pimple or acne
prone skin .
Q WHY ACTUALLY DO PIMPLE OCCUR?
♧ pimple generally occur at puberty due to hormonal change . Our sabecous gland or oil gland
when gets clogged or infected leading to appearance of red lesions filled with pus . They are
also called as zits and pimple is a part of acne .
OUR PORE GETS COLLGED OR INFECTED DUE TO ONE COMMON REASON WHEN WE
HAVE LARGE PORES .So I will be starting up a quick hack to shrink your pores
° EGG – WHITE ONLY
° LEMON – HALF TABLESPOON
°HONEY – HALF TBS
Carefully separate egg white and whisk it little it should not become frothy add other ingredients
as well and keep this pack for 15-20 min until its gets completely dry and feel a tightening.
Wash with cool water .
EXTRA TIP :
In the above method after washing your face if you use a cucumber based toner it will provide
you with extra benefit and people with large pore problems do try this !
Here I would like to give a little more information about pimples they just don’t appear because of hormonal change and imbalances but are also concerned with specific parts of our body which are facing problems due to improper diet ,sleeping schedule ,stress etc .
* Pimples on FOREHEAD : Small intestine (near eyebrow – heart and bladder)
*Pimples on NOSE : Pancreas
* Pimples on CHEEKS: Stomach (near jawline : lungs)
*Pimples near LIPS: Large intestine (upper :heart )(lower: pelvic organs )
*Pimples near EYE : Kidney (near temples: gall bladder)(in between :liver)
REMEDIES FOR PIMPLE FROM NATURE:
° NEEM LEAVES – 15-20 leaves
°CURD – 1 TBS
° TURMERIC – a pinch
Take dry neem leaves and crush to make powder I suggest making powder on your own than
the ready made one once the powder is formed mix 2 tablespoon of powder with other
ingredients and keep it for 30 mins .wash with luke warm water .continuous use of this for one
week will show results!
°BASIL /TULSI LEAVES – 10-15 LEAVES
°TURMERIC- A PINCH
Take dry basil leaves and crush them to make powder add 2 tablespoon of this powder with
other ingredients and keep this mask for 30 mins wash with like warm water .Repeat for great
°TURMERIC – 1 TBS
°LEMON – HALF TBS
°HONEY – HALD TBS
°WHEAT FLOUR – 1 TBS
TAKE THE WHEAT FLOUR FIRST AND ADD LIQUID INGREDIENTS FIRST TO MAKE IT A
DOUGH THEN ADD OUR MAIN INGREDIENT TURMERIC STICK THE DOUGH (a dough just
like we get when we cook chapati/roti /round flat bread )ON PIMPLE AND KEEP IT FOR 15
MINS . REMOVE IT AND JUST APPLY A NORMAL CREAM .
4. THE ALL ROUNDER ALOE
You might have heard of it somewhere that applying aloe vera cures many problems it is one of the best all rounder which helps to cure many problems pimples too . So why did I mentioned it as people generally gets confused between natural and store brought .Right now for pimples you should apply store bought aloe vera as natural aloe can be irritating to the skin of many people curing pimple but causing red patches all around the face.
